In his first season with the Terriers, which marked the first Hiram cross country season since 2014 and first track & field season since 2009, Graber helped lead Jarvis Thompson to All-NCAC honors in the triple jump (indoor). He also spearheaded Makyndree Smith (hurdles), Trezure Bates (hurdles, sprints, pole vault), Sam Volpe (throws), Tucker Marmash (sprints/jumps), Marciano McCowan (throws) and Thompson (jumps) to school records throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons.

On the track and field side, in addition to setting record roster numbers for men and women, school records were set in almost all events in Graber's eight years and it culminated with the women's program earning its first-ever SLIAC Outdoor Championship in 2018 and then having the women's team repeat as SLIAC Champions in 2019 and the women's indoor team earning the inaugural SLIAC Indoor Championship in 2020.
Shortly after leaving Webster to move closer to family in Northeast Ohio, Graber restarted the women’s cross country and track and field programs at Cuyahoga Community College.Â
