In eight seasons with the Terriers, Dellas has coached five All-NCAC honorees, including 2018-19 and 2019-20 First-Team All-NCAC selection Tashauna Wright, and recently a three-time All-NCAC selection in Brooke Hickman. Dellas also coached the Terriers to seven NCAC Tournament appearances, including the program's first-ever NCAC Tournament victory this past season at Denison. The victory also marked Hiram's first in a conference tournament game since 1998.

Dating back to the 2019-20 season, the Hiram women's basketball program has tied or increased its win total in each of the last five full seasons under the leadership of Dellas. In 2024-25, the team's 12 victories marked its most in a season since 2016-17 and its most in a season with Dellas at the helm.

Prior to re-joining the Terriers, Dellas spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

In her time with the Spartans, Dellas oversaw the development of five All-University Athletic Association honorees and helped coach First-Team All-Conference and Third-Team All-Region forward Kara Hageman.

Dellas began her coaching career at Williams College, helping the Ephs to 67 wins over three seasons. During her time on the Williams' staff, Dellas helped coach the team to three NCAA tournament appearances, including a Final Four berth and a third-place finish. Dellas mentored two All-Americans while at Williams, as well as the NESCAC Player of the Year.

A 2010 graduate of Hiram College and a second-generation Terrier, Dellas was a four-year letterwinner for the Terriers women's basketball team, appearing in 101 career games and totaling over 500 points for her career.

Dellas graduated with her bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in management from Hiram College in 2010, and earned her master's degree in sports broadcasting at Kent State University.
