BETHANY, West Virginia - March 25, 2026 - Hiram women's lacrosse lost its first conference game of the season, 17-0, to Bethany College on Wednesday late afternoon.
The game marked the first PAC game in the history of Terriers women's lacrosse, with the program previously competing in the NCAC.
Hiram was spearheaded by first-year Janelle Steiner, who had team-highs in ground balls (five), caused turnovers (two, T-most) and draw controls (three). Natalie Easterday had a pair of shots, while goalkeeper Emma Fox had five saves and four ground balls. Jane Clark also chipped in two draw controls in the defeat.
Bethany's Tatum Severe led all players in the game with six goals and two assists.
The Terriers will be back in action next Tuesday, when they host Thiel at 4 p.m. in Hiram, OH.
