DELAWARE, Ohio – January 13, 2024 - Hiram lost on the road to Ohio Wesleyan University, 88-52, on Saturday afternoon at Branch Rickey Arena.

Hiram was led by junior Brooke Hickman, who finished the game with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal while shooting 4-4 from the field in the conference matchup.

Macy Miller had 17 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals in 18 minutes off the bench for OWU.

Hiram also had a big boost from its bench, a group that combined for 23 points behind the efforts of Payton Black (8), Breyana Buxton (7) and Star Owens (6).

Ohio Wesleyan won each quarter in the game, producing a consistent performance that would carry it to the finish line.

Hiram will have another conference matchup against Wittenberg University, which will be played at home on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
