Hiram outscored their opposition, 34-28, in the final two quarters to cut a 28-point deficit in half toward the closing stages of the game. Hiram bounced back from a 36-13 halftime deficit by playing hard on the defensive end in the third quarter. It held the Yeomen to a 3-12 mark (25%) from the field in the period.
The offense got it rolling in the fourth quarter, with Janda scoring 11 of her 14 points to put the Terriers in range of a single-digit margin. Anastasia Lawler also added a three-pointer and 2 assists in the quarter before Oberlin came away with the win.
