Dycks set the new Hiram program record in the 55-meter dash, breaking the mark both in prelims (6.58) and the finals (6.53) at the Taraschke Team Challenge on Friday in Berea, OH. Dycks broke a Terriers record that had stood since 1996 (Wade Hamilton, 6.71) on the way to a third-place finish. The junior from Dallas, TX also placed sixth in the 200-meter dash (23.60). Dycks and the track & field team will be back in action next Friday.
