Weems set the new program record and now ranks first in the PAC in the weight throw, posting a mark of 14.43m and a third-place finish at the Taraschke Team Challenge on the campus of Baldwin Wallace this past Friday. Weems beat the previous Hiram record (12.82m) and placed third overall in the event. The freshman from Warren, OH also placed second in the shot put as well, throwing 11.35 meters in that event. Weems and the Terriers will be back in action next Friday.
