Cooper had an outstanding performance at the John Homon Open in Alliance last weekend, setting the new program record in the hammer throw with a career-best mark of 33.17m (108' 10"). This is Cooper's second season with the program, where she has competed in five events, including the hammer throw, shot put, javelin throw, weight throw and discus throw.
