Dunn earned First-Team All-American honors in the long jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Rochester, New York this past Friday. Gavin placed fourth overall in a very competitive field that included some of the best athletes in the country. Dunn was the highest placing freshman at the meet, jumping a lifetime best jump of 7.38m. In addition, Dunn was named to the All-Great Lakes Region Indoor Track & Field Team on Thursday for placing in the top-five for the entire Great Lakes Region in the long jump (7.25m).
