Dow enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Terriers’ women’s wrestling program in 2023-24, having joined the Terriers after a decorated, four-year, collegiate wrestling career.
A 2021 graduate of Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., Dow was a two-time National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships (NCWWC) All-American and a four-time Academic All-American wrestler, finishing eighth at the 2021 NCWWC Championships, and seventh in 2019.
A four-year captain, Dow began her collegiate career at MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Ill., wrestling three seasons for Highlanders before MacMurray closed in March 2020.
Off the mat, Dow served as a wrestling coach and clinician for the Allegiance Wrestling Academic Youth Program in Walnut, Calif. for four years.
Dow earned her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Lindenwood University in May 2021 and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies at Hiram College.
