Led by sophomore Kathi Kline, the Hiram College women's golf team began the second half of their 2018-19 campaign at the Laura Bump Invitational, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University.
The two-day event was held at the Mill Creek Golf Club in Ostrander, Ohio over Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
A total of six teams, as well as individual competitors from three other institutions, competed at Mill Creek, which is a 5,819-yard, par-72 course.
Kline finished the weekend in 37th place, shooting a two-day total of 196. She tallied a 97 on day one, before posting a 99 on the second day.
Freshman Toni Sikon also competed over the course of the weekend, finishing 41st.
Wittenberg University took home both the team and top individual honors. The Tigers finished 30 strokes ahead of second place, while Devon Atchinson earned the medal with a +3 (147).
The Terriers will continue the spring portion of their season on Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14 as they take part in the College of Wooster Spring Invite.
