Men's Swimming & Diving falls to Baldwin Wallace and Wooster

HIRAM, Ohio -- The Hiram College men's swimming & diving team fell to Baldwin Wallace and Wooster on Saturday afternoon.

The Terriers (0-5, 0-2 NCAC) fell to BW (2-4) 155-77 and to Wooster (4-1, 1-0 NCAC) 180-66.

Freshman Reeve Bowling (Minneapolis, Minn./Thomas Jefferson) led the Terriers with a second place finish in the 100-meter freestyle in 59:16 and a third place finish in the 200-meter freestyle in 2:14.59.

Senior Danny Essel (Euclid, Ohio/Euclid) touched second in the 200-meter breaststroke in 2:47.25.

Junior Jordan Canevari (Vero Beach, Fla./St. Edwards) touched third in the 800-meter freestyle with a time of 10:06.46.

Junior Jamal Hill (Inglewood, Calif./Juniperro Serra) was fifth in the 50-meter freestyle in 27.57.

The Terriers will be back in the pool on November 14, when they host Wilmington at 1 p.m. Hiram will also swim in a time trial on Friday evening at Franciscan.
