Burchett will also be the lone player representing the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC).

This will be the second all-star game in which Burchett will be a participant. The linebacker previously played in the National Bowl last December in Daytona Beach, where he garnered the Defensive MVP award for the National Team.

Burchett finished his senior season earning Second Team All-American honors by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA). He was also tabbed an All-Conference selection by the NCAC and named a Preseason Second Team All-American by

In his final season as a Terrier, Burchett totaled 109 tackles (63 solo, 46 assists), ranking first on the team and second in the conference. He also ranked second on the team and fifth in the NCAC in tackles for loss (12.5).

"Kyle is an exceptional young man," commented Stanford. "He shows where hard work, discipline and dedication can take you. He continues to be a representation of what it means to be a Hiram man, both on and off the field. His eternal legacy and career are prime examples of the student-athlete we want on our team. "
