Lewis enters his first season with the Terriers, joining Hiram from the University of Mount Union, where he served as the assistant running backs coach and assistant strength and conditioning coach for the past year, helping the Raiders to an Ohio Athletic Conference Championship and a NCAA Division III Championship appearance.

Prior to joining the Raiders, Lewis played two seasons in the National Gridiron League with the St. Louis Stampede and Duke City Gladiators, helping Duke City to a 2018 Indoor League Championship while earning Southern Division Conference Championship game MVP honors.

Lewis began his collegiate career at Eastern Michigan, appearing in 35 games from 2012-2015 before playing his final season at Ferris State University.
A graduate of Muskegon High School in Muskegon, Mich, Lewis was the No 22-ranked recruit in the state of Michigan, according to 247Sports, and was one of the highest ranked recruits in EMU’s 2012 recruiting class.

Lewis earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan in communications, media & theater arts in April 2016, and is currently pursuing his master’s at Ferris State University.
