Terrier Men's Soccer Falls to Nationally Ranked Blue Streaks

Sept. 20 – HIRAM, Ohio – The Hiram College men's soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision to John Carrol Univeristy on Wednesday evening. The Blue Streaks came into the matchup ranks #5 by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

The Blue Streaks came out of the gate early, knocking down a goal in the 6th minute of the first half. John Carroll then tallied one more goal in the first half before posting a pair in the second stanza.

Goalkeeper CJ Keith faced some tough competition but still managed to pull out four saves for the night. 

The Terriers offense tallied four total shots with two shots-on-goal. Trey Richards seized two shots, while Blake Easterling and Bryce Harding took one shot-on-goal, apiece. 

The Terriers are set to play again on Saturday, September 23 as they take on Wabash. The matchup with the Llittle Giants is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start at Charles A. Henry Field.
